Todd Prach
Chief Technical Officer
Todd Prach joined SystemWare in May 2004 and he was named CTO August 2005. In this position, Mr. Prach provides technical input, sets priorities and manages the engineering development effort. Mr. Prach also is responsible for researching future technologies in terms of their competitive nature as well as how they could be applied to SystemWare's technology.
Mr. Prach comes to SystemWare as a retired U.S. Army Chief Warrant Officer. Mr. Prach’s distinguished military career specialized in Counterintelligence and Technical Surveillance Countermeasures. He provided technical security for the Commanding General, U.S. Army Europe, the Pentagon, and the Secretary of Defense. He also served as the Senior Instructor and Acting Director for the U.S. Army Technical Counterintelligence School. In addition, Mr. Prach was the project officer for several next generation Research and Development systems. These projects included automated RF search systems, Mobile RF Platforms, Portable Shielded Enclosures, Voice Masking Systems, Audio Filtering Systems, Laser Detection Systems, and In-Place Monitoring Systems.
Mr. Prach holds the distinction of Master Technical Surveillance Agent. He is one of only 65 ever awarded that honor by the U.S. Army. He has been trained in Advanced Electronics, Advanced RF Theory, Analog and Digital Telephony, Computer Security, Intrusion Detection Systems, Counter-Surreptitious Entry, and Advanced Tempest. In 2002, Mr. Prach was awarded the Knowlton Award for excellence in the Military Intelligence Community.
