Robert E. Vikander
President
Robert E. Vikander joined SYSTEMWARE as President in August 2006. In this capacity, he is responsible for providing leadership, developing and managing new business opportunities, and charting the strategic direction of the company.
Mr. Vikander retired from the active Army after 22 years of distinguished service as an Infantry Officer and Intelligence Officer. His operational experience includes assignments throughout Latin America, Europe, Bosnia, Kosovo, Macedonia, and Afghanistan. During his career, he directed investigative and operational activities for NATO’s counterintelligence organization, Commanded several deployed operational intelligence units and served as Battalion Commander of the Army’s largest and most geographically dispersed Counterintelligence Battalion.
Mr. Vikander holds a Master of Science degree in Management from Saint Mary College and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Studies from Pitzer.
