Dan Mansfield
Chief Operating Officer
Dan Mansfield joined SystemWare in March 2007 and was named COO in June 2007. As COO, Mr. Mansfield provides operational guidance and direction to the company. He oversees US Government, Commercial and International Business Cells working closely with Contract Officers, Program Mangers and our International Representatives.
Mr. Mansfield comes to SystemWare as a retired U.S. Army Chief Warrant Officer. As a Counterintelligence professional with over 20 years in the field, Mr. Mansfield has served in many leadership positions. He has led HUMINT Teams in CONUS and OCONUS operations and managed Technical Surveillance Countermeasures Programs in the 902d MI Group, 650th MI Group and the Pentagon Force Protection Agency.
During Mr. Mansfield’s distinguished career, he has provided direct technical counterintelligence support to the President, Secretary of Defense, Joint Chiefs and to Special Operations Forces deployed in multiple theatres from Africa to the Middle East. He has served as the Contract Officer Representative and Contract Technical Representative on several projects to include In-Place Monitoring Systems, Sound Masking Systems, and Audio Amplifiers.
Mr. Mansfield is trained in Advanced Electronics, RF Theory, Analog and Digital Telephony, Computer Security, Intrusion Detection Systems, Counter-Surreptitious Entry and completed the Advanced Telephone Intercept Course. Additionally, he is a graduate of the Strategic Debriefer’s and Advanced Foreign Counterintelligence Training Courses.
